It's time to starting getting serious about the garden. I want to create a comfortable outdoor space--this will entail putting flagstones down, planting, and getting some good furniture out there. So, I'm starting with the ever useful, ever chic ceramic garden stool. Use it as a table between chairs or as an extra seat if need be. Mecox Gardens has a good selection of them, pictured below. Also, last fall for a decorating project I was working on I got a great, inexpensive garden stool at Global Table. I'm not seeing any on their web-site now, but maybe they have them in the shop. I think you hav to be a pretty certain size to fit on this sort of stool. They tend to be very low and not so comfortable for us tall people.
